A few months ago I had never driven a RHD car. The owner of this one has brought it to a local car show a few times and I have talked with him. I was surprised when I saw that token notification in my Instagram inbox months later asking if I would be interested to review it.
It checked a couple of boxes for me. One to review a RHD car and two to drive a JDM Skyline. Never in my wildest dreams would I have guessed I would lose my RHD cherry to one of the biggest icons in JDM history. The R32 GTR!
Man this side gig (can’t call it a hobby anymore, it takes WAY to much time) is the best in the world. Every time I think the car community can’t surprise me I am proven wrong. I honestly don’t know to this day why people come forward to let me review their cars. But I will continue to do it as long as I can. I freakin’ love the car community.
